Technology Access

Chair: Sarah Cole & Kristin Morgan
As a subcommittee of the Diversity Council, the purpose of this committee is to serve as a think-tank for improving access, in its broadest sense, at the University of Virginia.

Reasonable accommodations are alterations/changes in the workplace that enable persons with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs and to enjoy equal benefits and privileges of employment. Whether you are a current or prospective employee, you are responsible for requesting a workplace accommodation for a disability.

To request a disability-related accommodation for the application or interview process, contact the ADA Coordinator.

LinkedIn Learning is the new platform for free access to video tutorials that have been available from lynda.com; and although you will be asked if you want to connect this service to your LinkedIn account when you log in, you are not required to do this or to have a LinkedIn account.

The University Library provides a variety of services and equipment in support of the research needs of individuals with disabilities. Please ask for information on assistance retrieving materials or providing specialized study arrangements.
